Chocolate Popcorn Bark
A heavenly combination of chocolate and popcorn! This @laurenloves2talk recipe makes the perfect at-home treat!

- 200g Milk Chocolate
- 1 heaped tablespoon of Joe & Seph’s Salted Caramel Sauce
- 3/4 packet of Joe & Seph’s Salted Caramel Popcorn
- Pinch of sea salt
- Melt chocolate
Start by breaking up the chocolate and melting over a bain-marie (or in the microwave)
- Line baking tray
Line a baking tray or large chopping board with baking paper
- Crush popcorn
Crush Joe & Seph's Salted Caramel Popcorn into pieces and set aside – Tip: Leave some whole pieces too for bigger chunks
- Pour chocolate into baking tin
Once the chocolate has melted, pour over the baking paper and spread evenly (but not too thin)
- Drizzle caramel sauce
Drizzle over Joe & Seph's Salted Caramel Sauce
- Sprinkle over popcorn
Sprinkle over the popcorn pieces
Pop straight into the fridge to set for an hour or 2
- Break into shards and serve
Once it’s set, remove from the fridge and break into shards – Enjoy whilst cold!
