We are still open and our team is working as fast as we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Due to the current environment surrounding Covid-19 we are a little bit behind schedule, and there may be a delay to get your order dispatched, but we are working to get your order to you as quickly as we can! You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched. Please bear with us during this busy time!
We are continuing to work closely with our delivery couriers to ensure there is limited customer impact, and all of our couriers are using contact free delivery for all of your orders too.

Can I change or cancel my order?
What type of payment do you accept?
Unfortunately we're unable to change or cancel orders once they've been processed. However, if you’ve made a mistake (e.g. with the delivery address or flavours ordered), the best thing to do is to get in touch via our contact form here
and we’ll do our best to help.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards. Alternatively you can use your PayPal account.
Unfortunately we can't accept American Express cards.
Will I receive an order confirmation email?
I have a promotional code, how do I use it?
Yes, a confirmation email should come through immediately once your order has been placed. However, this can sometimes be misplaced and end up in your junk mail, so be sure to check there too! If you can’t see it, please get in touch
and we will put our detective hats on and find out what’s happened to your order.
Is there a minimum order?
Lucky you! At the checkout, just type your code in to the box saying "Voucher Code" and hit "Update Cart". Your cart should now show the promotional discount.

- Offers are only valid on purchases made through dates listed in the offer.

Our minimum order is just Â£12. This is to cover the cost of delivery to UK mainland addresses on a FedEx next day service.
Do I have to spend my gift voucher all in one go?
No. Any funds remaining on the gift voucher will be kept on there until it's all been spent. If for example you have a £60 gift voucher, and you spend £40 on the website, we'll email you a confirmation of the amount you have remaining (£20), which you can spend another time (as long as it's before the expiry date!).

Simply enter the code "LUCKYDIP" to the voucher code box at the basket, click "apply" and we'll add a free pouch to your order.
Please note, this offer is valid until 1st February 2016 and only while stocks last. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, has zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We reserve the right to remove the offer at any time.
What's the difference between a standard and a medium pouch?
We have an option to upgrade your pack size for just £1 per bag, simply select this option in the drop down before adding it to your basket.
Are all the flavours the same price?
For this, you'll get an extra 40g popcorn in a larger bag e.g. a standard pouch with 80g popcorn, will have 120g in the medium pouch. We use the same header cards for both and will sticker over the weight.
Yes, with the exception of our Olive Oil, Truffle Oil & Truffle Salt flavour which is an extra £1 per bag. This is because the ingredients we use make it more expensive to produce.
Do you offer a multibuy discount?
You'll still get the same discount when you buy in multiples of 6 though!
Yes! Every 6th pouch you purchase will be free of charge. You can mix and match a variety of flavours and sizes, and the cheapest one will be free of charge.
6 standard pouches will be Â£19.95 including P&P, or you can get 6 large pouches for Â£24.95 including P&P.
When will I receive my order?
Do you post on Weekends?
We try to dispatch all orders placed today, the following business day (e.g. if you order on the Monday, we'll dispatch it on the Tuesday). Orders to UK Mainland are shipped via FedEx next day delivery, so you should receive your order within 2 working days, but at busy times of the year such as Christmas it can take up to 4 working days to arrive.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with your unique FedEx tracking number. If there is a query with the address provided, please leave a contact number in the box provided when entering your address so FedEx can rearrange the delivery and prevent any further delays to you getting your popcorn!
For UK non-mainland we ship via Royal Mail within 1 week.
International orders can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on where in the world you are. You should allow the following delivery times:
Europe - 7 working days
USA/Canada - 10 working days
Can I change the delivery address?
Unfortunately, we do not currently post orders on weekends. If you are really desperate for our delicious popcorn and just canï¿½t wait, you can find your nearest stockist here
This is sometimes possible if you contact us in time, however, not guaranteed. If you think you might want to change the address please get in touch as soon as possible via our contact form (here) and we’ll do our very best to intercept your order.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes. We deliver to the UK, Europe and the US and Canada, just select the correct shipping option from the drop down menu at the checkout.

Unfortuantely we're unable to deliver to Iceland at this stage (although we're hoping to change this soon!)

Do I have to be in to receive my delivery?
For UK mainland orders, you should receive a FedEx tracking number when your order is dispatched from our warehouse (bear in mind this can sometimes end up in the junk mail folder) which you can use this to track your order on their website (www.fedex.com
) . If you have any problems you can call their customer service line on 0845 600 0068 and they can track your parcel for you, or get in touch
with us if you need our help!
For UK non-mainland, orders can take up to 10 working days arrive so you may have to wait a little longer for your popcorn. Please do get in touch if you haven’t received your order within 10 working days and we'll do our best to track it down for you.
All deliveries need to be signed for so please make sure your delivery address is somewhere where someone will be able to sign for the package between 9am – 5pm on a weekday.
If nobody is in, FedEx will leave a card to let you know that delivery failed with instructions for rearranging the delivery, or the address of the local depot to collect it from.

Sending popcorn as a gift
Are the flavours in the gift tin mixed together?
No, we separate the flavours into individual bags. If we didn’t, it would lead to some rather interesting pick-and-mix! Imagine if you ordered Strawberry Cheesecake and Madras Curry…
This is a gift, will a receipt be included in the package?
No, we don’t include a paper receipt with the popcorn, you will just receive an email confirmation.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes! For an additional Â£2 you can add a handwritten gift note (30 words maximum) on one of our beautiful Joe and Seph's gifts cards. Click on Add a gift card when you get to the checkout.
What's the difference between a gift message, a gift card and a gift voucher?
If you are ordering a jar or tin you can pay an additional Â£1 for a 15 word message on the gift tag and ribbon that accompanies the gift.
To do this, just click on the image of the gift jar and select the "add a gift message" button before adding the item to your basket.
A gift message is the small tag that we add to our gift items for an additional £1. When buying a tin, jar or tube, you can add a 15 word message before adding to the basket.
What is a Gift Voucher?
A gift card is a small postcard with a handwritten message on there. You can add one of these to any order for just £2, by clicking "Add a gift card" at the checkout.
Our brand new gift voucher is an e-gift, where you can send a voucher to a friend via email, so they can spend it on whatever they like on our website!
Our brand new gift vouchers mean you can send an e-gift via email to your friends, so they can choose their own popcorn on our website!
Head to Gifts, select the amount you'd like to give them, add to your basket and fill in the quick form and an optional message, follow the checkout instructions and hey presto, your friend will receive popcorn currency in their email inbox straight away!
Will the gift voucher code expire?
All gift vouchers will expire in one year from the date they were purchased, and we can't refund any unspent money on the voucher code once they've expired, so make sure you use it before then!
Your confirmation email will tell you when you need to use the code by.
I don't want my family to know I've ordered your popcorn because it's a gift!
No problem! Get in touch with us once you've ordered and instead of a box featuring our logo, we'll send it in an unbranded, brown box so you can keep it secret!
How do I keep my popcorn fresh?
We want you to enjoy our popcorn at its best so we offer these recommendations for helping to extend its freshness:
Can I serve my popcorn warm?
- Make sure you eat the popcorn within the best before date on the back of the pack
- Try to keep the popcorn away from adverse weather (e.g. heat, direct sunlight and humidity)
- Once opened, store in a cool, dry place away from prying hands…
- Our popcorn isn’t suitable for home freezing or microwaving
Yes! For a totally different taste experience you can try serving your popcorn warm. Remove from the pack, place on a baking tray (no oil required) and pop it in the oven for around 6 minutes at 75 degrees celsius, until the caramel coating is soft and gooey. Serve at just above room temperature. (Please note these heat instructions are intended as guidelines only, all appliances can vary!).
Can I add extra crunch to my Popcorn?
If once you’ve opened your popcorn you find it has gone a bit soft, simply pop it on a baking tray and heat in the oven for around 6 minutes at 75 degrees celsius and wait for it to cool for an extra crunch. (Please note these heat instructions are intended as guidelines only, all appliances can vary!)
Once open how long will my popcorn last?
Usually around 10 minutes! But if you can't finish a pack in one sitting, just use the re-seal strip on the bags, and consume within 5 days.
How long are the best before dates?
We try and deliver the popcorn to you with a minimum of 3 months shelf life.
Our Olive Oil, Truffle Oil & Truffle Salt flavour has a slightly shorter shelf life, so will have a minimum of 2 months shelf life.

All of our popcorn flavours are made in an environment where nuts, peanuts and sesame seeds are used. They also all contain milk. Please get in touch if you have any specific dietary requirements that you would like us to investigate for you.

All of our caramel sauces are made with natural ingredients, which are detailed on the product pages.
They're all made with fresh double cream, so aren't suitable for people who are lactose intolerant unfortunately.
I want to order bulk popcorn, how much should I order?
How long before an event should I crack open the popcorn?
You can now order our popcorn in bulk catering packs through our website here
. We recommend allowing for about 30g of popcorn per person, unless it is the only food being served, in which case allow for about 60g per person.
If possible, you should leave this right until the last minute before decanting your popcorn in to dishes. If you put it out hours before the popcorn will lose some of its crunch and crispiness as it doesn't like being exposed to the air.
(Leaving it until the last minute will also help prevent wandering hands from snaffling popcorn before the guests arrive)
Do you cater for events?

We do indeed! We can provide you with our popcorn in bulk to decant as you wish. We can also provide you with beautiful biscotti jars to serve it in if you would like a popcorn buffet. Just go to the events

We can provide you with our branded Joe and Sephï¿½s biscotti jars, this way you can display our popcorn and serve it in a buffet style for people to help themselves. Please click here

How long do the Caramel Sauces last?
We'll aim to deliver the sauces to you 4 months before the best before date.
How should i store my caramel sauce?
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks.
Before opening, be sure to store your caramels in a cool, dry and dark place.
Can i heat the caramel sauce up?
Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 6 weeks.
The caramel sauces are ready to eat as they are but you can also heat them up for a different experience!
Can I use the caramel sauce in any recipes?
Either gently heat on the hob in a saucepan for a few minutes, or put in a microwavable container at a high heat for around 10-15 seconds. The sauce will be slightly runnier, so perfect for pouring over ice cream!

How do I stop people stealing my popcorn?
Although we are responsible for the deliciousness of our popcorn, we cannot stop your friends (or enemies) stealing it. You can direct them towards our site to buy their own popcorn, or you can set up a holding pen with an intricate system of traps and personal recognition systems so as to ward off those that would steal your popcorn.
I'm not happy with my popcorn! I demand to see Joe eat his hats!
