CHRISTMAS LAST ORDER DATES

Our elves are working flat out this festive season! Please check the last order dates below to make sure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas.

UK Mainland Last Orders - Wednesday 16th December

Place your order by this date for delivery before Christmas. We’ll still process later orders as quickly as we can, but we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive by 25th December.

International Last Orders: Wednesday 16th December

Place your order by this date for delivery before Christmas. We’ll still process later orders as quickly as we can, but we can’t guarantee they’ll arrive by 25th December

UK Express Shipping Last Orders: Sunday 20th December, 23:59

Orders placed after this cut-off can’t be guaranteed for Christmas delivery, but we’ll do our best to ship everything before we close for the holidays.

A few things to note:

It’s our busiest time of year, so processing and dispatch may take a little longer than usual.
Our office will be closed from Wednesday 23rd December until Monday 4th January. Any orders placed during this time will be shipped when we reopen.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

UK Mainland Shipping

All UK mainland orders are sent via either FEDEX or Royal Mail, so you should receive your order within 3-5 working days after dispatch (delivery Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm). Please note that this timeframe does not include any promotions or special delivery options.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number from either FEDEX or Royal Mail, so you can track the progress of your delivery.

If there is a query with the address provided, please leave a contact number in the box provided when entering your address so the courier can rearrange the delivery.

Please note that during periods with a high volume of orders, such as Vodafone VeryMe Rewards, dispatch may take up to 10 working days, but we will work hard to get orders out as soon as possible.

UK Mainland Express Shipping

Orders placed before the midday cut-off using Express Shipping Mon-Thurs will be sent same day via Fedex. Please note, orders placed after Thursday midday, won't be shipped until the following Monday (with delivery on Tuesday)

UK Non-Mainland Shipping

For UK non-mainland addresses we ship via Royal Mail within 7-8 working days.

Once your order has been dispatched (at the end of the following day), you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery time.

International Shipping

We can currently only ship to continental Europe (excluding Spain).

International orders are sent via courier and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive depending on where in the world you are. You should allow the following delivery times:

Europe - up to 7 working days

Europe

A £15 surcharge will apply to orders under £55. £30 for orders between £55-£110, and £45 for overs between £110-£165. Unfortunately, we're unable to deliver to Spain at this stage.

Other

Unfortunately, we can't currently ship to USA & Canada at this stage. For orders over £165 please do get in touch to discuss your shipping options.
