Bakewell Tart Popcorn Pots

Bakewell tart meets summer with these little pots of joy! Super simple and ready in just 10 minutes, these Bakewell Tart Popcorn Pots are a great addition to any picnic, garden party or in any occasion soaking up the sun!

Serves 4



  1. Get whisking!

    In a mixing bowl, beat the double cream with a whisk (an electric one will save your wrists!) until it forms soft peaks.

  2. Combine icing sugar and mascarpone!

    In a separate medium size bowl, beat together the mascarpone cheese together with 2 tbsp of icing sugar until smooth and creamy.

  3. Combine with double cream

    Add the mascarpone mixture to the double cream and mix until combined.

  4. De-stone cherries

    Wash, halve and de-stone the cherries.

  5. Add biscuits to serving bowls

    Divide the amaretti biscuits between 4 and add to your serving bowls – we used glass to showcase all of the delicious ingredients!

  6. Top with fruity and mascarpone layers

    Top with the cherry jam, half of the cherries and the mascarpone mixture.

  7. Now for the best bit... the decoration!

    Decorate with the remaining cherries, almond flakes and Joe & Seph’s Bakewell Tart Gourmet Popcorn and you have yourself a true British classic, reimagined for the Great British Summer!
