Drum roll please! This year for National Mac & Cheese Day (yes, that is a thing!) Joe’s delighted to present his newest, eccentric creation… Mac ‘N’ Cheese Popcorn.

A nod to the USA where Joe’s love of gourmet popcorn began back in 2010. It’s a blissful taste experience of buttery caramel, followed by creamy macaroni pasta and to finish tangy, mature Cheddar cheese.

Reminiscent of the classic American dish, it’s beautifully creamy, properly cheesy and oh-so comforting! It perfectly pairs with a glass of wine for an evening on the sofa.

What's so unique about my Mac 'N' Cheese Popcorn?

" I first discovered gourmet popcorn on a trip to the USA and immediately fell in love, returning home with several suitcases full as gifts for my whole family. Still inspired by my time across the pond, a few years later I retired and decided to try making my own gourmet popcorn in our family kitchen in London using only the finest natural ingredients.

Over a decade later, I’m proud to introduce my new Mac ‘N’ Cheese Popcorn - a nod to our Joe & Seph’s American heritage, where my inspiration for the brand first began.

Mac & Cheese is loved by many for being beautifully gooey and the ultimate homemade comfort food. So, I decided to encapsulate the taste of this traditional American bake into popcorn form… of course, it’s handcrafted in my London kitchens in small batches with the very finest ingredients such as mature Cheddar cheese and real, creamy macaroni"
