Great British Food Magazine
Top of the Pops!"This is the company that's generally credited with kicking off the gourmet popcorn craze in the UK, and its wide range of flavours shows why. Each piece is soft and fluffy with a decent crunch, and the flavouring is surprisingly similar to the real thing, starting off with a nice, cheesy taste shortly followed by a kick of black pepper.
The flavour packs a punch, so while they are quite addictive, you won't find yourself eating an entire pack in one go.
The kernels look very posh in their packaging, and it's certainly the classiest popcorn in the shops right now."

Director Magazine
Joseph had a great day at a photoshoot for Director Magazine, meeting lots of other entrepreneurs and talking about how the business started..."In 2010 I was making some popcorn and I forgot to put an ingredient in. I threw in the extra ingredient and re-cooked it. That’s when I discovered flavour layering – the foundation of the business.
That October, I took the popcorn to the BBC Good Food Show and, within two hours of arriving, we sold out. When we launched we only had six flavours – we now have 40, including mince pie. We’re stocked in Selfridges, Harrods and Harvey Nichols."
